The program

Sales Bootcamp is Patterno's intensive 3-month summer internship for students and young professionals who want to learn what it actually takes to sell B2B.

You pick up the phone on day one and don't stop until you've built a pipeline most full-time SDRs would envy.

You'll join a cohort of 5 hungry people in our Hamburg office for the full summer. You'll cold call procurement leads, pitch a real product to real decision-makers, and compete with your cohort for the best numbers. Every week we track, rank, and celebrate results. The top performers walk away with serious bonus payouts and a standing offer to come back.

What you'll do

• Cold call, pitch Patterno, and book qualified demos with decision-makers
• Work defined industries and target segments systematically, not randomly
• Learn objection handling, pitch iteration, and closing techniques from the founding team
• Build and manage your own pipeline
• Compete in weekly leaderboards with top performance bonuses
• Present your results and learnings to the team at the end of the sprint

What you bring

• You're a student or recent graduate who wants real sales experience, not theory
• Confident on the phone, fluent in German, strong English
• Competitive by nature, you keep score even when nobody's watching
• Resilient, you'll hear "no" 50 times a day and still dial
• Analytically curious, you want to understand why something works, not just that it works
• The kind of person who's always been a bit too intense for normal settings
