🫵🏼 Your Role

As Founders Associate (GTM), you work directly with the founders and drive Patterno’s commercial engine. You’ll identify and validate high-value tender use cases, map workflows end to end, and translate insights into concrete GTM motions for construction, IT services, manufacturing, engineering, and other tender-heavy industries. The output of this role is evidence-backed traction - fast, structured, and customer-obsessed.

🎯 Your Responsibilities

• Market discovery: Map procurement-heavy industries, identify high-frequency tender patterns, and run structured interviews with bid, sales, and operations teams
• Use-case validation: Break down customer workflows, define pain points, and shape clear go/no-go briefs
• Signal logic: Translate tender requirements into matching logic, relevance criteria, and prototypes for win-probability models
• Commercial analysis: Build pricing scenarios, ROI cases, and short business models for priority segments
• Content & collateral: Create pitch decks, one-pagers, objection handling, target lists, and crisp outbound sequences
• Pilot support: Prepare demo flows, run customer sessions, gather feedback, and translate learnings back into product requirements
• High-impact support: Jump into whatever accelerates GTM - events, internal docs, research, partnerships, hiring materials
