The role
You are Patterno’s first full time Sales Development Representative. You own outbound and pipeline generation end to end, from identifying the right accounts to getting decision-makers on a call.
This is not a “just set meetings” role. You are a founding hire with real ownership. If you consistently perform, you will earn the chance to take on more deal ownership over time, including supporting later-stage calls and moving into closing responsibilities.
What you’ll do
- Run outreach workflows across phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Cold call daily and book qualified demos with decision-makers in procurement-heavy environments
- Iterate messaging and objection handling fast. Turn learnings into better scripts, sequences, and playbooks
- Work defined ICPs and verticals systematically, track what converts, and double down on what works
- Partner closely with Leon & the GTM team on positioning and qualification. Feed market insights back to product and marketing
- Help build the GTM playbook that the next SDRs will run
- Earn the opportunity to step into an SDR Lead role, own the next stage of our outbound motion, and build the SDR team around the playbook you helped create
What you bring

2 years of experience in outbound sales, SDR work, or a similar high-output role (startup experience is a plus)
- You have picked up the phone before and you are not afraid of rejection
- Clear, confident communication in German, plus fluent English
- Comfortable with modern sales tooling (CRM, sequencing, enrichment). You keep your pipeline clean and your notes sharp
- Numbers-driven and analytically sharp. You look at conversion rates and pipeline coverage before you look at opinions
- High ownership and high output. You measure your week by demos booked, qualified pipeline generated, and opportunities advanced
