The role
You work directly with the founding team on the operational and strategic side of Patterno. You own the problems no one else has time for, from closing enterprise pilots to structuring how we enter new verticals. One week you're running a sales process end to end, the next you're rebuilding our onboarding flow based on what customers actually struggle with.
This is a generalist role with real weight. You need to context-switch fast, make decisions with incomplete information, and move projects from idea to done without being told how.
What you'll do
- Create the operational playbooks we don't have yet, from CRM workflows to sales scripts to competitive battle cards
- Build fundraising decks, board updates, and partnership proposals with real numbers and real strategy
- Sit in on customer calls, collect feedback, and turn it into prioritized input for the engineering team
- Own onboarding for new accounts, set up profiles, run training calls, and make sure customers get value from the platform in week one
- Research and validate new verticals by talking to them
- Run deal processes alongside Leon, from first call to signed contract, including proposals, objection handling, and follow-ups
- You will be a core part of a small and fast-moving team. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where you will help us scale both sales, product and company operations while learning directly from experienced operators and founders along the way.
What you bring
- 1-3 years of experience in consulting, startups, VC, or high-intensity operational roles
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- You've run projects independently before and didn't need someone checking your work
- Sharp analytical thinking, you can pull apart a market, a funnel, or a customer problem and figure out what matters
- High output, you move fast, follow through, and don't drop things
- Humble enough to do the unglamorous work, sharp enough to know why it matters
